The Technical University of Denmark, DTU, has been a AgriFoodTure partner since the partnership was established.
“Through the AgriFoodTure partnership, DTU gets knowledge of the challenges in the food sector and industry concerning the green transition. We collaborate on developing new food products and green solutions that are as safe and nutritious as more traditional food. The partnership is central for us as we want to be of benefit for society,” says Christine Nelleman, Head of Department at DTU Food.
“By making the competences of the researchers at the DTU National Food Institute available for the partnership, we envision that Denmark will be central in the green transition of the food systems in Europe and globally,” she adds.
