In a recent article in the Danish media outlet Altinget, AgriFoodTure’s Mission Director, Anette Engelund Friis, and former vice dean Erik Bisgaard Madsen share their views on how the Danish agri-food sector can achieve a 70% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.
According to the two experts, the key factors for achieving this goal are: 1) improved financing, 2) broad partnerships, and 3) the right regulatory framework. They also emphasize the importance of increased consumer involvement and the integration of disciplines such as behavioral science.
