A powerful partnership consisting of AgriFoodTure, Plant2Food, Plant-Based Food Grant, and GUDP – Grønt Udviklings- & Demonstrationsprogram invites all stakeholders working in innovation and development within the agrifood system to this extraordinary, essential, and exciting event.
The symposium will focus on public-private partnerships and bring together policymakers and private-sector stakeholders to foster public-private collaborations for accelerating innovation and sustainable development in the plant-based value chain.

On 5 December 2024, AgriFoodTure, in collaboration with Copenhagen Business School and Food & Bio Cluster Denmark, hosted a full-day event focused on radical user-driven innovation and building new partnerships in the food and agriculture sectors.
With inspiring talks from experts and interactive sessions, participants explored co-creation as a tool to strengthen collaboration across the value chain and tackle the green transition. Attendees left with actionable tools and insights to drive innovation within their businesses, highlighting the importance of tailored approaches and the value of open innovation for SMEs and startups in shaping a sustainable future.
On 23 May 2024, AgriFoodTure joined partners at Hindsgavl Slot for a symposium dedicated to accelerating innovation in plant-based food production. With speakers from organizations like Novo Nordisk Foundation and Novensis, the event featured insightful presentations, a dynamic panel debate, and interactive workshops.
Attendees explored funding opportunities, shared strategies, and engaged in 1:1 matchmaking to strengthen collaboration across the plant-based value chain. The symposium underscored the importance of uniting stakeholders to drive sustainable innovation and advance the transition toward a greener agri-food system.
On 22 May 2024, AgriFoodTure hosted an exclusive workshop for partners in Kolding, focusing on mission-driven innovation. Facilitated by the Danish Design Center, the event featured hands-on sessions to explore strategies for fostering a mission-oriented culture and driving impactful innovation within projects and organizations.
Partners gained practical insights and tools to align their work with AgriFoodTure’s collective goals. The workshop provided a dynamic platform for collaboration and learning, empowering participants to advance their mission-driven approaches and contribute meaningfully to the partnership’s overarching vision.
On 21 May 2024, AgriFoodTure gathered partners, project collaborators, and stakeholders for the annual General Assembly and Conference. With participants, the event highlighted sustainable agriculture, innovative food production, and the role of technology in driving change.
Through interactive sessions and engaging discussions, attendees explored solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, safeguard biodiversity, and create resilient food systems. The day underscored the importance of collective action in shaping a greener and more sustainable future for the agriculture and food sectors.
On 9 May 2023, AgriFoodTure had invited partners, project partners, and other interested parties to the very first one-day annual AgriFoodTure conference. 100 participants from all sides of the food and agriculture sectors made it a fantastic day of debate, knowledge sharing, inspiration, and networking.
